What type of property is it? Detached Home Located in a picturesque village
What was the client brief? To create a wow factor family living space incorporating, food preparation, dining, and relaxing zones, the space should be both functional and robust to accommodate the whole family but must also have the looks to match
How did you meet this brief? Knocking out a dividing wall between the sitting room and the original kitchen created a wonderful open living space. Lighting was key with a mixture of task and mood Led lighting. The island positioning and Neff ceiling mounted extractor allows for excellent viewing of the wonderful landscaped gardens and children’s outdoor play zone. Robust V groove Aqua step flooring in Moonlight Oak is installed throughout the utility and kitchen /living zones, A large Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer is not only a fantastic focal point but perfect storage for fresh produce . A double sided log burning fire has been incorporated to create a snug seated area looking through to the newly formed library. Kitchen gadgets include a Krushr recycling bin , Ise Waste Disposal along with a Grohe Red Hot Tap , The piece de resistance has to be the totally stunning Bespoke Drinks Cabinet incorporating a Fisher and Paykel Cool Draw secret side doors highlighted when open by Led lighting, finished in a combination of bronze , Silver and Driftwood panelling.
